Repair services

Trackcom products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for two years. Failures to products within warranty period will be repaired under our standard warranty repair program in our factory in Montreal Canada. For emergency situations Trackcom propose under a “Prime customer service agreement”, a module exchange policy. The average turnaround time for regular repairs is less than 14 days. For out-of-warranty equipment, Trackcom propose a contract agreement for replacement or repair. Contact us for more details.

 

Training and engineering services

Trackcom offer comprehensive radio training courses and engineering support services either at Trackcom corporate office in Montreal Canada or at customer location. Training and engineering services includes radio alignment, testing and troubleshooting courses while engineering support include R&D support for Trackcom technology integration with customers products. Engineering support objective is to reduce customer NRE and accelerate time to market providing Trackcom advanced radio expertise.
